The Boston 2024 Dog-and-Pony Show Comes to Cambridge
Dear friends,
Last week, Boston 2024 kicked off its 20-city, 20-week statewide dog-and-pony show. The second stop on the tour is right around the corner in Cambridge—this Wednesday (March 18) at 6:30 pm at the Fitzgerald Theatre at Cambridge Rindge & Latin School (459 Broadway).
Don’t want to see Cambridge and Somerville taken over by the Olympics for a three-week spectacle? Think that Somerville has bigger priorities than a velodrome? Tired of vague promises and evasive answers? Show up and speak your mind to Boston 2024.

Their statewide tour continues with a stop in Springfield (location TBD) at 6:30 pm on Thursday, April 2, and a stop in Malden at the Malden Senior Center (7 Washington Street) at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 7.
If you have friends in or around Malden and Springfield, please make sure they know about the meetings so that they can ask Boston 2024 the tough questions that need to be asked and show that Massachusetts does not want or need the Olympics.
